Church ministry is much more than Sabbath worship services, potlucks, and Bible studies. It is also the ongoing challenge of finding people willing to serve, conducting business meetings, and creating committees. This workshop will present some practical methods and examples for getting a grip on the grind of recruiting and training ministry leaders, making meetings more productive, and retaining volunteers. A little organization can go a long way toward ministry success!
