On-site training of local leaders consisting of interactive workshops designed to developing exciting and prospective leaders to lead their varied ministry areas with vision and vibrancy.
Training workshops can be scheduled as a stand-alone event or in conjunction with a Vibrant Church Conference, per the request of the host. In either case, the Training Workshop would be held on a Sunday as a half-day or full-day event. Topics vary from matters germane to that local or district setting to core leadership issues—or a combination.
